I am doing exercises on my lunch and breaks. Today's Log:
20 Exercise Ball Crunches
20 Exercise Ball Reverse Crunches (Not to be confused with the reverse cowgirl)
10 V-Passes
20 Reverse Fly's
25 Bicep Curls
20 Cross Jabs (Each Arm)
20 Glute Bridge/Triceps Extensions
Lets see if i can beat this tomorrow :)
